I really like this trail. It’s hilly but without any real climbs, it’s almost all old-growth, and the tread is much nicer than the other Clackamas River hikes. There are some very unique places here.
I’m really struggling with the new iPhone 11 Pro Max camera. The Deep Fusion™ camera captures much better detail and dynamic range than any other camera app or photographic method I can apply, but the images are way too sharp and have too much contrast. In some cases the built-in HDR is ruining the colors too. It’s rescuing parts of images that would normally be ruined but it’s ruining parts that would otherwise look fine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
